Role 01 · Sales

Sales Closer

Commission-only · 20% of collected · uncapped

Close warm inbound applicants into our $1,500 done-with-you Accelerator.
We fill your calendar. You run the call and close. No prospecting.
Target 3–5 closes/month to start.
You’ve closed high-ticket coaching / agency / creative deals over Zoom.

Role 02 · Delivery

Delivery Coach

Per-cohort · ~$400/seat · paid from enrollment

Run our 90-day done-with-you program for small cohorts (max 12).
Curriculum exists (the VSN Studio Playbook). You run it, weekly sessions + async.
One goal per member: their first paid client by day 90.
You’ve run or scaled a creative / 3D / archviz studio to $10k+/mo.
